This week of July 25th - 29th:
Monday - open gym only 11:30am to 1:00pm
Tuesday - conditioning 9am at the track followed by open gym until noon.
Wednesday - open gym only 11:30am to 1:00pm
Thursday - conditioning 9am at the track followed by open gym until noon.
Tryouts:
August 1st, 2nd and 3rd from 9am - 12pm. Must have a physical dated after May 1st, 2022.
You can find the physicals on the VHSL website, FCPS1 School Offices, or most doctor's offices.
Please wear the following colors each day of tryouts:
Seniors - Green
Juniors - Orange
Sophomores - Black
Freshman - White
Practice times for each team will start August 4th and will run through the rest of the season.
Varsity Team 5pm - 7pm
JV Team 3pm - 5pm
Freshman Team 3pm - 5pm
Those who make the Varsity and JV teams are expected to attend our team event at Verdun on August 6th from 9am - 3pm. We are working on the cost and transportation and will let those girls who make the teams know.
