Participants only need a physical before tryouts. With that said, you do have to fill out the following forms. Read below and follow links for each one and you will see that one form only has to be filled out once and the other each day of conditioning. For all of those that are interested in playing girls soccer in the spring, we will begin pre season conditioning on January 19th from 3:15 to 4:15 on the practice fields. These sessions will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays (weather permitting). Please ensure you bring a MASK, water, cleats, shin guards and warm clothes. If you are not feeling well please stay home.
