Field hockey tryouts will be the week of August 5th at the practice field (follow Academic Ave all the way to the end of the road) from 4:30-7:30pm.

Please have:

**A Physical dated after May 1st 2019.  This form and all others can be found on the kettlerunsports.org

**Mouthguard-Not clear or white

*Cleats, shinguards, water, a stick and eyewear if you have them, sunblock is recommended, and wear reversible pinnies if you have them.

Freshmen, Juniors, and players new to sports at Kettle Run will need to complete the Impact test with the training staff.
